Return Policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 working days from the date you receive the products.

The costs for returning products are not covered by the company and are borne entirely by the sender/customer.

Shipping costs are covered by us if the product is returned because it is defective or different from what you ordered.

Return Process:

Pack the product in a larger box to avoid any damage during transport.
Place in the packaging you have made the necessary documents that prove the transaction (e.g. DAT, DA, Retail Receipt, etc.).
If returning due to malfunction, please describe exactly what problem you are experiencing.
Send the package, via Courier or the transport agency from which you received your order, to our company headquarters, at the address: Halidon 78, Chania.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

If the products are returned and if the conditions are met, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products by transfer to your bank account.
